What we process and why

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone if you provide it, type of company and your message. Purpose: to answer your request and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps you request.
• Technical data: IP address, referring page and language, to prevent abuse of the form and to know where requests come from. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Language preference: a technical cookie (lang) that remembers the language you choose. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as the relationship behind the contact lasts and at most [period, e.g. 24 months] after the last contact. Abuse-prevention data is deleted after two hours.

Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties. We use Amazon Web Services (Ireland region, European Union) to host the website and store requests, and Microsoft 365 for email. Both act as processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and request portability, by writing to hola@enerzees.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
